Key Information About Your Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

  • Once you subscribe, you’ll receive your personal login link, username, and password by email. Please note this may take up to 24 hours - remember to check your spam or junk folder

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for a refund, unless you start using the software during that time.

  • After the cooling-off period, you can cancel at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice by emailing info@theaidetective.com.

  • Learner work is processed securely, never stored, and handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • The software provides a likelihood score and report on potential AI use, but results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for disciplinary action.

  • Service availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.
